Two years is rather light, but your ethnic diversity and under-represented nationality combined with your GMAT score might just negate it. The key will be in convincing them your achievements and insights in your two years has been significant. Also feel free to reference college leadership experience. One great thing is that your school has sent graduates to some of your target schools in the past...this is a good sign.

Thanks Bryant! Can you please comment about my goals? Do they seem unrealistic?

Your goals are not unrealistic, since b-school is a very common place to do a wholesale switch of job function and industry. The key will be in tying in your past experience and how it will be an effective springboard to make the transition.
