4.I have an ungrad major in Economics with 10/10 CGPA in core courses, but haven’t worked in that domain. Can it still be of any help in the application?

To differentiate yourself from others, you should really drop a lot of "Extras" in your application, like the dancing or the photography, the food drives.
I'll try and help a bit with your school list, by cutting down some I basically took out some of the tougher ones. It's still probably more schools than you can apply to, but it should start you off:
