Considering how competitive these programs are, consider adding some schools to your list. Other US-based programs that are great in entrepreneurship (even though they have reputations as “finance schools”) are Columbia and Chicago Booth. I would also recommend looking close at UCLA Anderson, and, if you’re interested in an on-par or perhaps even safe program, Tepper.
