Hi all senior folks,

I am a Chinese guy obtaining the first honor degree (GPA=3.64) in the programme of accounting and finance in Hong Kong Polytechnic University. After graduation, I have spent more than 2 years in PwC HK as a senior associate in audit division and I am mainly responsible for serving multinational corporations like hutchison whampoa. After that I have spent about one year in a local investment bank in which I am mainly responsible for some small scale M&A, IPO deals in Asian market. I have scored GMAT of 730. My target Us are in the ranking between 6 and 15 such as wharton, NYU, Columbia, Darden, Michigan, Tuck, Cornell, Duke and UCLA.

I would like to apply for the admission of fall 2012. However, I really got no idea whether my profile can meet the requirements in the abovementioned Bschools. I really hope that some bschool mates here can give me some advice for my application.

Many thanks,

I think your profile has potential to garner the interest of top schools. Good academics, good GMAT, good international work experience and also you hail from an underrepresented country, China, which is also a country of interest to most top schools due to the growing economy. In short, you would bring a lot to the table if you can craft a thoughtful, persuasive admissions package. Let us know if we can help.
