I think your profile looks good! Your overall GPA and any quant skills you use on a day-to-day basis should balance out those lower quant grades from 10 years ago. Possible weaknesses could be ECs (at least here, you don't have anything outside of the academic space so you could come off one-sided) and that you're an older applicant (perhaps consider more older applicant-friendly schools). HBS and GSB are two of the hardest schools to get into, and both are skewing towards younger age groups.

You should be competitive in the rest of the top 10-15 as long as you tell a clear story in your application and show why you need an MBA. Best of luck!
