Nationality: Indian male
Age: 29

GMAT: Not yet (expecting around 690-700)

Education:
Bachelors(India): Indian Institute of Technology (GPA: 2.92/4)
Major: Civil Engineering; Minor:Financial Management
Extracurricular(Bachelors): National service scheme environmental coordinator: Organized activities like planting trees, food/clothing collection for poor.

Masters(US): University of central florida (GPA: 3.5/4) Major: Environmental Engineering
Graduate research assistant: Managed a team of 5 people for performing litter surveys around landfills near central florida area.

WE:
Environmental Engineer (US,5 years)-My experience is in environmental site restoration/subsurface contaminant transport modeling and water resources. Has been the lead modeler for various Lockheed martin (Client) contaminant transport modeling projects and lead modeler for FL everglades restoration plan model management system.

Extracurricular:
Education chair for ASCE local brach-Started education outreach activities for high school and college students like essay competitions on sustainability and debates on climate change.
Professional development chair for local ASCE branch-Organized professional development activities for the committee.

Interests: Martial arts (Learned capoeira for one year)

I'm interested in pursuing a career at the intersection renewables/finance. Post MBA i would like to work for a consulting/IB firm specialized in clean energy industry.

Please suggest some B-Schools that would fit my profile. I was thinking about MIT, Haas, Ross, Tepper, Duke, Yale.

If your GMAT is 700 or greater, the schools you listed are a stretch but within reach (schools outside the top 16 such as Georgetown, Tepper, Texas, Purdue, USC, UNC, etc. are more in your sweet spot range).

If your GMAT is lower than 700, your chances are basically slim at any of the schools you listed.

Not to put too much pressure on your GMAT prep, but you need to focus on that and make sure it's as strong as possible.
