http://www.mbamission.com/consult.php 2. The two big glaring issues in your profile are 1) very nonlinear career path (this can be overcome with a very strong story) and 2) that you already have an MBA (this brings us to question 3)
3. Unfortunately, I don't have a good list of programs that are open to second MBA candidates. Outside of that requirement, I would suggest looking at NYU, Columbia, Wharton and also Kellogg. This is based on your interest in marketing, tech, PE. I would research these programs to see if they are open to second MBA candidates and also to see if they are good fits for you.
The biggest thing will be to nail your story. I strongly suggest a free consultation to see if it makes sense! I can't get into too much depth on the forum.
