Overall I like your profile a lot,
You come in with good solid NYC banking experience, as a Thai applicant (trust me, this is easier than being a Chinese applicant!), with what I see at least two fantastic stories - that of your recovery from paralysis, and that of your dream of making the family business work. So I feel like you have a lot of good materials to work with, and if you can translate this into fantastic essays and recommendations, I think you can do quite well, even with your somewhat tough school list.
Two notes about your goals:
1. One thing that will help you a lot is if you can get across first of all the DEEP persona significance of your goals.. the family legacy, carrying the torch, your pride for the future, and your plan for the next generation.
2. Just as important is how BIG the firm is, and how much CONCRETE potential the Adcoms perceive it has. If they think you could be the next Amazon, you will do well. Sooo, use as much as possible concrete facts, results, projections, and business plans when discussing your plans for the future.
Hope this helps! and if you have any other questions, let me know!
