Your GMAT score is strong. It is difficult for me to evaluate given the information listed because such a critical part of your application will be your personal essays and recommendations. Right now I recommend you identify what you want your "personal brand" to be (which 3 or 4 traits do you want an admissions team to remember) and then to make sure your essays and recommendations support this.
The list of schools you are interested in are also fairly broad. It would be a good idea to identify your goals post-graduation, and to see which one of the schools is the best fit for you. The MBA programs you identified will provide very different experiences.

First of all thank you so much for the evaluation of my profile. It was extremely helpful and I have a few queries for which I would need your advice. But before that I would like to ask something very important.
I was planning to apply for MBA at Cornell University (Johnson Business School). The first deadline for Cornell is 12-Oct-11 (in 5 days). I have currently not started preparing for the application. I have 2 questions regarding this:
1) Do you think it is advisable to submit the application in such haste just because it is the first deadline, and will have advantage over second deadline applications. 2) Is it a fact that the applicants of the First deadline have a higher probability of getting selected than the ones who apply in a later deadline? Or is this just a myth?
I recommend you wait to apply in the second round when your application will be better prepared. From our experiences, there is no advantage to applying to the first round (the only exception is you should avoid applying to the last round).

I am planning to apply for the MSCF program at Tepper School of Business (Carneggie Mellon University). I have no clue on what the Recommendations are composed of. Before I can ask someone at my worplace to recommend me, I need to tell them what actually comprises a recommendation. Could you please direct me to a source which describes what format do recommendations follow generally, and what format does Tepper follow for recommendations in specific?
