Hi hariom2010,
I see a couple of things that will raise questions in the minds of MBA admissions officers:
- Your undergraduate GPA is pretty low. Keep in mind that the average undergrad GPA for students entering top U.S. business schools tends to be in the 3.4 - 3.6 range.
- You have already earned an MBA? This will be problematic unless you can explain why you want to earn the degree yet again
- It looks like you already have at least five years of full-time work experience. Assuming that you apply in Fall 2010 to enter in Fall 2011, that will mean you will have about seven years of work experience by the time you enter, which would put you at the "old" end of the spectrum. This isn't a deal breaker, but U.S. schools and trending toward wanting younger applicants.
All of the other things you mentioned will have to be quite strong, I believe, for you to have a good shoot at a top-15 U.S./European school.
