Hello guys

i am 30 y.o., Russian Asian Male, graduated from top 10 Universities back in Rissia
GPA 4.0
GMAT 650

Participated in multiple activities at school

Moved to US 8 Years ago, resident.

Work:
3 years as Marketing / Sales manager in ECommerce comp, under my management increased revenue from 2.5 to 7.5 mln in 3 years
in 2009 is start my own start up (Ecommerce comp), Net revenue for last year 5.5 mln

Dont really have any activities, please advice if i need to help and what will help

I am planing to apply to Marshal USC or Anderson UCLA MBA programs

what should i improve in my Bio

All aspects of your candidacy are strong; ideally I would prefer to have a slightly higher GMAT score. However, your Russian background will serve you well at these two schools so you should selectively play it up a bit as a means to distinguish yourself from the masses of candidates. Also, make sure that you get your application in for the next round; do not wait for the third round at these schools as both have become incredibly popular and my guess is that their application levels will go up even more this year.
