Profile evalution request: old gre and masters degree

Please evaluate my profile:

Age: 28 years

American/Pakistani Male

GRE: 800M 730V 4.5AWA
Undergrad: Mechanical Engineering. UET Lahore (top public engineering university in Pakistan). GPA 3.5/4 (repeated a couple of courses)
Grad: Master of Engineering & Public policy (a 2 year program). University of Maryland, College Park. GPA 3.95/4

WE:

2 years at top multinational food company as safety and environment manager (1 promotion from assistant manager to manager)
1 year internship at US department of Energy as a policy analyst
1 year (2 years at the time of enrollment) at a big technology consulting firm as senior consultant. Provide services to public sector clients.

Good recommendation letters

Extra-curriculars

Won national-level debating championships in Pakistan
Chair, Graduate Sustainability Committee at graduate school
Selected for a two weeks visit of Japan by the Japan foundation as an energy and environment fellow. Program included graduates from Columbia, Yale, Georgetown etc.

Goals after MBA:

To shift from technology consulting to management consulting in big 3 consulting firms.

Targets:

Cambridge
Oxford
Northwestern (1 year program)
Columbia

In addition, what do you think is the probability of obtaining a significant scholarship in the schools mentioned above?

Impressive. You are competitive at these programs, although you are a better fit for Kellogg's two-year program. Their one-year program is for people who have a strong business background. Check out Cornell Johnson's accelerated program. It is for people with a graduate degree in a technical field. I think it's a better fit for you.

I'm guessing that you prefer a one-year program. If you are interested in strategy consulting, you should also check out INSEAD.

Yes, I think you have a chance at scholarship at all the above schools.

Thanks for the encouragement and suggestions, Linda!! I did not even know of the 1-year option at Cornell. I just checked it and it's an awesome option!

INSEAD sounds great too, though I'm not sure if my profile is good enough for them..

You're welcome! I'm glad you found the Cornell suggestion appealing. Regarding INSEAD, No guarantees, but I think it's worth your while to explore given your background and goals.
