To be blunt, anything in the US top 16 is going to be a huge stretch with your current GMAT score, period. Re-take the GMAT.

International experience isn't as big of an asset as it was in the early 90s or 80s. It's not uncommon anymore.

Again you should be in the mix for the US schools you mentioned -- but with a stronger GMAT score.
