Hello there good sir,
Now although your GMAT is a bit low for top schools, your profile will help you out. First is your background - schools are looking for good African candidates, and not too many apply. Second thing I like is your international work experience. If its tried and true that can be a HUGE boost for your application. And the grades will help.

Other things that will be important to know to give you a more serious evaluation: Your relative success in your industry (promotions, awards, big achievements) whether you have any REAL leadership experience, and your goals.

All of these will play important roles in your profile.
