2 Years work experience at management consulting firm (3 at matriculation). Promotion after 2 years. - Worked on Finance Transformation projects for 2 Fortune 500 companies, 4 billion dollar Medical Device Company.

Hope to get MBA in an attempt to switch career paths. Experience in management consulting has allowed me to build the soft skills required to succeed in the corporate environment, now hope that MBA will provide me the technical skills / network to succeed in a career in Strategic Development / Strategic Planning.

In short, yes, you have a chance. You have a good background and solid numbers. Obviously, Kellogg and Booth are the top of the top, and you'll have to turn in a flawless application to beat out the other MCs who would like to gain entry. Showcase your leadership ability as well as your extracurricular activities to demonstrate how you can make a difference not just in a professional setting, but also in the society. With good letters of rec, I can't see a reason you not getting in a top b-school. Just to maximize your chances, you may want to just put in one or two more schools; however, if you're keen on staying put at the midwest (seeing how your schools are all sort of in the mid-west), go for these and just hope for the best. Again, I think you have a decent shot at getting admitted into at least one of the three, as long as you have decent letters, good essays, leadership ability in/out of work.
