GMAT: Anticipating 680 – 700 (based on practice tests)

Undergrad: 3.4 from a Top 50 State school (ranked 40-50) – finance major

W/E: 5 years at matriculation.
First 8 Months: Commercial Real estate banking
Remainder: Real Estate Private Equity
• Started as analyst, and have been promoted to associate
• Relocated to work with a Senior Partner
• Recently Selected to co-lead expansion into new market

Undergrad – member of business fraternity and Vice President of Student Investment Club
Worked approx. 20 hours per week years 1-3

Post Ugrad: Big Brother mentor

Post MBA Goals: Obtain a position with a larger RE PE Fund to learn about different asset classes and new markets. LT Goals – eventually run my own fund.

I think you're targeting the right range of schools - you should have a reasonable shot of getting into at least some of the schools -- I'd probably narrow it down (knock out UNC and Emory, as I think you have enough of a shot of getting into the other 6).

Just focus on making sure your GMAT is decent (ideally above 700) and from there - it's a matter of doing the best on your applications.
