Overall, I think you have a very nice, and maybe even more importantly, a very interesting and unique profile. Bschools get VERY few people from Media (don't ask me why) and when we see people who come from media, they tend to do really well (that's the good news). The main "black point" against you (but overcomable) is your age - which can be overcome with a good understanding and explanation for why these are your goals and why now.

Thankfully, with your almost ridiculously high GMAT, your very unique work experience, and the success in growing the company, you should be a pretty strong candidate.

The most important thing you need to work on from what I see you have written here is the narrative of your goals. The reasons you give are well and good, and maybe some of the best reasons I've heard for doing something! :), but still, the schools don't want to hear that. They want to hear professional reasons. And especially since you have done so well in your industry, my feeling is that you don't want to entirely abandon your cast past experience in your industry just like that... so maybe try and think how you can integrate your experience into your goals (i.e. Media Mogul), and that might make a much more convincing story for the MBAs...
