To answer your questions:
1) You don’t have quite enough experience for most
EMBA programs, it seems – they typically want about 10 years of experience, most of it as a manager or similar level. Some EMBA programs are more open to younger managers who are approaching senior management level, and some target managers who are at the senior level or very close. You MAY be eligible for some EMBA programs that veer younger, such as Columbia. You might also consider MIT’s Sloan Fellows program -- it targets people a bit older but check to see if you fit at least in the margins of their profile.
2) Can’t answer this – have to be you to answer “what’s worth it” to you!
3) For Stanford and ISB, mid 700s. EMBA programs, around 700 is fine.
