My magic ball says: "You will be admitted to both. Just go apply."

Reasons for this belief:

+1: Strong GMAT (assuming you score what you estimate ... remember the PT program is NOT the FT program)
+0: Substantial work experience (assuming you aren't fudgin')
+1: Exceptional GPA
+1: Clear, well defined and well articulated short and long term goals
+0: Reasonable Extracurricular activities

The bar for the PT program is lower. Your profile would be competitive for FT, and certainly are for PT.

Rhyme

Thanks for your comments. I took my GMAT and got 680 at ~80% for verbal and math so its well balanced and at my target. I feel it should be little higher however my GPA can balance it out.

"+0: Substantial work experience (assuming you aren't fudgin')" - I wish I was... :-D I my hairloss to prove it :)

I actually had my interview at Kellogg today. I talked little too much but I think it went well.

Now finishing my essays and we shall see how it goes for Winter. In terms of GSB I will have to try Spring (if Kellogg does not work out in next week or so :) )

Tell you what, if I'm wrong and you don't get into Kellogg, I'll buy you a beer at Sheffield's Bar on Sheffield (not surprisingly).

lol.. Little late to reply... I got busy with finishing up the app and essays last week. After reading your post I had a lot of thinking to do. Free beer v.s. getting into school. I almost went with free beer.

Seems you were right... After submitting my app. this past Friday I got a call today that I am accepted.

Maybe I owe you a beer now :-D
