Profile Review: PhD Accounting/Economics [#permalink] New post 29 Jul 2013, 18:11
I am heading into my senior year and recently became interested in pursuing a PhD in business. I have a 3.94 undergraduate gpa and a 750 on the GMAT. However, since I only recently became interested in pursuing the degree I have no research experience. What is my outlook? Is it worth taking graduate courses to acquire some research experience and to build upon my math skills (only taken business calculus)? Thanks in advance for any advice!

As far as I know, research experience are really important in PhD such as psychology or human fields not in business, in which LOR and GMAT and Research proposal are really important.
