Thanks for sharing, and congrats on the excellent GMAT score.
That will help you get noticed initially, and then schools will dig further into your profile. As you probably know, Indian IT/engineering applicants are very common and can be challenging to get noticed within that group, but being female and working in a less-traditional industry/sector will help some.
I'm not as clear on whether your career to date focused more on teaching, or more on technical development of test prep products, or both... you'll want to make sure your experience is fairly easy to understand as your application is read. But generally I'd say your teaching experience is a plus because it shows you are more than just an IT/technical applicant.
Overall your admissions decision will likely be most influenced by you showing 1) what you'll bring to the class that is UNIQUE (focus on that as you brainstorm!), and 2) that you do have a pretty clear post-MBA plan and that the MBA makes sense for you! It sounds like you are a bit uncertain about #2 so I suggest working on that as well. If you want to change directions that is fine but you'll need to be convincing in your discussion of the WHY.... why are you interested in this new career path? why are you passionate about it? what skills/experiences from your past roles will help you in your future career goals? Try to connect your life in a fairly logical way.... think of it as, your past + MBA => leads to your future goals. Whatever goals you choose to focus on should be and sound genuine, as that comes across on the application.
Side note-- I personally have a background in Test Prep as well and worked for many years teaching and in product management, as well as marketing and brand management, for a for-profit educational company.
Cheers to the connection! I did apply to b-school with 3 years of experience in that sector and went on to national brand management with the company and eventually my own small business in a related area. Good luck to you!
