I don't see the kind of Work experience that is going to impress the Stanford adcom. With only 3 years and half of that by your own admission "not very interesting," you will be challenged to cast a compelling story about how your background has ideally prepared you to join the Stanford elite of entrepreneur alumni. This will likely be your weak point. How you can overcome this is to couch your expereince in a purposeful light which sounds intentional and strategic in preparing you for your future vision. Make sure you have a clear idea of where and how you want to make an impact in the world of innovation and then convince them you have the right stuff to get there. Entrepreneurs often achieve their greatest accomplishments without an MBA at all, so make sure you present yourself as someone who will leverage what you already posess , not rely on the MBA to get you somewhere that is not in your makeup without the Stanford credential.
