Hi, after seeing kellogg's recent employment report and the hbs class list, i'm curious what percentage of people get into bschool with non traditional, non bluechip backgrounds? non profit, entrepreneurial, teaching, etc. what is the criteria by which the adcom evaluates those candidates?
