There's no point you separate "deaths" from the others as in B. And do you type wrong "with be". If that's the OQ so B is obvious wrong
(c) doesn't sound as well as the Original one
(D) is incorrect because of the structure. The direectors meet in May not "the actions"
(e) is wrong because we have no "report on"
