Can someone please solve this? I was so sure that I got it right, but the OA is apparently different than I thought.

No, the OA is (C) - I and II only.

But I have already discovered my mistake. I missed the beggining of the question which says that d>0. I spent like 15 minutes trying to figure out how the heck could be the statement I true - silly mistake in such an easy question!
