Volume of a cylinder 1= \(\pi*(1)^2*2=2 \pi\). Since the tank is half filled, Volume of water=\(\frac{2 \pi}{2}=\pi\)

Volume of a cylinder 2= \(\pi*(2)^2*1=4 \pi\)

% of water in 2= [(Volume of water)/(Volume of a cylinder 2)]*100

% of water in 2 \(=\frac{\pi}{4 \pi}*100=25%\)
