IMO the answer choices are not correct. 50 should be an option

I got sqrt(50) = 5sqrt(2) so answer is D.

assume the values = x

then square on both side
x^2= 48+2sprt(24^2-25*23)
x^2 = 48+2sprt(24^2-24^2+1^2)

x^2= 48+2*1=50=5sqrt(2)
