A Commonwealth condominium complex has k apartments, n of which are rented at s dollars providing the total revenue of p dollars. If the management is planning to decrease the rent by m%, bringing the occupancy to 100%, how much total revenue will it collect?

(k-n)p/m
k*(s/p)*(m/100)
k+s/p+km
sp/(100m)
sk*(1-m/100)

(E)
Original rent = s; New rent = s(1-m/100) [for m% decrease] so Revenue with 100% occupancy = Total Apartments (multiplied by) New Rent = ks(1-m/100).
