Volume of cube = x^3
Volume of sphere = 4/3*pi*r^3

Say x=4, then d=2 and r=1

Vol of cube = 64
Vol of 2 spheres = 2*[4/3 * pi * 1^3] = 8 (approx)

Hence %age filled with powder = 56/64 = 7/8

x^3 - 2 * 4/3 * 22/7 * x^3/64
x^3 * (1-11/84) = x^3 * 75/84

approx 7/8
