p(-3^1/2,1) and Q(s,t)

OP = OQ

distance bw O and P = 4
distance bw O and Q = s^2 + t^2

s^2 + t^2 = 4 ------------- 1

Slope of OP = -1/(3^1/2)
Slope of OQ = 3^1/2

therefore t-0/s-0 = 3^1/2 t = s * 3^1/2 --- 2

sub 2 in 1
s^2 + 3 s^2 = 1 .. s^2 = 1 and s = +1 or -1
