The angle for triangle in the PR corner is 90-60-30.

Yes OA is D.
One interesting thing I noted among answer choices was that just by looking atr answer choices, one could tell that answer is D. The hypotenuse PQ and QR of triangles are 6 cm..this means that lenght of the larger side has to be less than 12.. Only D and E are less than 12..and E is too small a value..
But anyways, it's always better to know the correct approach.
