I don't know how you got 50. My answer is 37 i.e option B.
coz it is the only choice with range as 25 and median also as 25.
I am assuming the numbers are consectuive since there is no other info given regarding the numbers.
Any other arguments ..?

i assumed the series as 25,25...,25,50
which is obiviously wrongly(i did not read the question right. It says different integers)

I got it now...
43-25 --> 18 , 25-8 = 7
so, 43 is the answer

from this can see that 43 is the only one that is balanced
