IMO it should be A, because as the first statement mentions the about the diff ; the smallest divisor for any +ve integer can be 1, So say if X is the biggest divisor and Y is the smallest then X-Y =21 and hence X =22.
Now if X is 22 then N is also 22. So its suff.

Second statement only tells us that N is a 1 less than a prime no. and hence not suff.

statement B tells , N+1 has two divisor, this is case only when N+1 is a prome number.
refer Prime number properties.
Now if N+1= prime number={1,2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19,23,29,31,37,....)
so N={0,1,2,4,6,10,12,16,18,22,28,30,36,....}
Statement B says difference between largest and smallest divisor is 21
that means, combining both statements together would lead {1,22} because (22-1)=21
