E.

Range of S will always be either equal or greater than T.

Take example

S = {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9} and T = {1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9}

Then mean, median and range of S and T are equal. So A,B and C are out.

Mean of S can be greater than that of T for this set

S = {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9} and T = {1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8}
