W = 4.5

After three hours
S = 0.5
W = 1.5
Percent = 0.5/2 * 100 = 25%

Initially
W=4.5 s=0.5
after 3 hours, W=4.5 - 1x3 = 1.5, s=0.5

s%=0.5/(0.5+1.5) x 100 = 25%
