PT or FT for me? [#permalink] New post 12 Aug 2009, 08:26
Hi all,

Wanna ask for advice. Please help!!
I'm currently working at a tech company in Asia. My background is Computer Engineering, my role is technical but I still need to work with clients. I am planning to take mba next year, but I'm not sure if I should take PT or FT. I want to stay in the tech field after MBA, but want to move to Product Management. Ideally, I would like to work in US. Should I take full time or part time in this case?

Many PT programs in US require you to have a job while matriculating, not to mention - international students are not allowed to be Part Time students if he or she is in the country on a student visa. (at least that is the case the last time I checked)

If you plan on moving from your country to US for MBA, it has to be a FT program.
