Re: Public Undergrad B-School to Top-5 MBA? [#permalink]
Hey Alex, I was curious where you feel Carnegie Mellon University would fall in terms of the applicant pool? I double majored in InfoSystems and Business (Tepper School of Business)

I consider my undergrad + ~750 GMAT* to be a pretty strong base for my applications, in that I can't imagine they'd close any doors. Would you agree?

Two of the main schools I'm looking at are Dartmouth and MIT.

*in that ball park, estimated based on MGMAT and GMAT Prep scores.

Oops. Yes, Carnegie Mellon would be in there as well (there's a few I missed off the top of my head in addition to NYU, Northwestern, USC, such as UChicago, Georgetown, etc).
