Go ahead and use an Others section if there are some interesting things about yourself that you want them to know, but that don't fit into the normal Education and Professional sections. For instance, volunteer work or other hobbies would go there.
For computer skills, keep in mind your audience. If you're applying to an IT job, they'll want to know these things. But for a business school admissions officer, they're much more interested in your experience and achievements than in your specific programming skills. So, I actually don't think you need it. If you do include it, it shouldn't be emphasized over other achievements.
For font size and all of that, it makes the most sense for you to look at examples. At the risk of sounding like I'm blatantly plugging our book, we have a good sample resume in there. Also, check out some examples on sites like MBADepot.com.
