Q. When integer x is divided by 3, the remainder is 1; when x is divided by 5, the remainder is 1. If x+y is divisible by both 3 and 5, which of the following is the least value of positive integer y?
The answer is given as 14 but I can't find the solution for it.... Anybody please help me..

When integer x is divided by 3, the remainder is 1; when x is divided by 5, the remainder is 1
So x = 15 a +1
What must be added to it to make it divisible by 15
Ans is 14
