Hello all, pls see attached .pdf file. I have compiled all my notes and those that i have gathered from various sources. Credit goes to original posters from whose post i have copied. hope this compilation will be of some use to one and all. All the best GS PS: Whenever if have enough updates for notes, i would replace the attached file with the updated one!!
