I dont think there is any kind of weightage given to new scores in comparison to old ones. I found this info on a web page, this might be helpful to you.
|I've talked to admissions officers about this. They really don't care. However, if you take it a few years ago, and you order your most recent score report, the percentiles will most likely be lower, espeically in quant. This happens because every 2-3 years they readjust the GMAT percentiles, so your old test will get adjusted accordingly|
