Hi niladri1976,
This is a difficult question to answer based on the amount of information you have provided me and the assumptions you are making. My value to you as the applicant is in evaluating your fit with your goals and a specific set of schools. You are asking me to do a basic level of research that you should be doing on your own. While I am certainly capable of providing you information as a researcher, I will not be as exhaustive as a simple Google search would be. To be honest with you, you have to take a greater interest in your candidacy beyond submitting an unsophisticated question to me. I do not mean to sound mean or demeaning, but no one will care more about your candidacy than you will. It is your future and you need to take a better interest in it.
You are making a lot of assumptions that are simply off. Admissions Committees like consistency. Why on Earth are you switching from banking to Human Resources? It's irrelevant whether or not you want to get into Human Resources. It is completely irrelevant whether or not an Admissions Committee thinks that YOU can get into HR. The point is that any advice that I would give you about a specific program would be completely useless to you.
I do not like setting people up for failure and simply giving you a list of schools will justify your current way of thinking. What you should so at this point is figure out a short list of schools that are good one year HR programs. Come back to me with that short list. Additionally, tell me what current experiences you have that are relevant to your future goals in HR. Provide me some other information that I can evaluate about your personal background. When you do all this, then I will be able to be of value to you.
Respectfully,
Paul Lanzillotti

Hi,
I have a 10 Years experience in the Banking Sector.I want to pursue a one year MBA course (Full Time) in Human Resource Management.
Please suggest Universities in India and abroad offering such courses and also the GMAT score required for entry to such courses.
Regards
Niladri
