I can't advise you on that one. I think you need to weigh it up. Did you work for a different company previously where you could ask a manger to write a letter for you? Or could you ask a manager who has left your current employer to write a letter for you?

my other source is my manager from previous company. but i guess i will pass on the manager sources for my current employer...
