Question about essay [#permalink] New post 16 Oct 2006, 04:32
Hi,

I hv posted this question in another forum .. but i guess no harm in getting more expert opinion.

I understand that professional experience hv to figure heavily in essays. But is it ok if i only touch on work experience for half of the essays? If there are 4 essay questions, is it acceptable to have a balance of 2 work related essays, 1 community essay and 1 eca?

thanks very much !!

Yes, definitely. This is fine. Just make sure to emphasize all of your core application themes -- leadership, teamwork, maturity, etc. (We outline these four "dimensions" in our book. These can come from work experiences, community service, hobbies, etc. The more well-rounded you can appear, the better!
