Hi, I'm preparing outlines for my recommenders for Chicago and Kellogg. The Kellogg form asks the recommender to mention the candidate's weaknesses. What should I put on my outline for that? Something about being too "detail oreinted" or something along those lines and try to spin the weakness as a positive?
Maybe, but I think its so, well, transparent. I'd see what your recommender comes up with. I honestly think a rec that highlights a true weakness is going ot be more meaningful than one thats obviously picking something thats not really a weakness.
