QUESTION!: Is there a difference in difficulty level between [#permalink] New post 10 Jun 2010, 09:15
Is there a difference in difficulty level between the larger OG book and the smaller, subject-specific OG Quant book?

I have been using the subject-specific OG Quant book to study, just because it is so light and I can carry it around with me... though I have heard rumors that the problems in this book are actually easier than those found in the larger OG book.

Is this true?? Am I studying from the wrong guide if I am looking to crack 700?

Larger book has more difficult questions. If you are looking to crack 700 by practicing 700+ level questions then the OG guides are not sufficient unless you have a quant background. In which case you could probably break 700 regardless. OG guides are good for finding out what fundamentals are being asked.
