Question on AWA writing portion

Question on AWA writing portion [#permalink] New post 31 Jul 2012, 15:39
My question is this, when the test is providing instructions in the beginning (tutorial part, etc), can I begin to write on my erasable notepad?

For instance, if I want to include some key words/phrases in the writing part, and I have them on the top of my head, could i write these on the notepad before AWA timer starts, in order to save more time?

I'd contact the test center as no one here can provide that information. If you read debriefs, different people have reported different information.
