question regarding LoR

question regarding LoR [#permalink]

I have a 5 years of work experience.
first 2 years in company A
second one year in company B
third 2 year in copany C

I need 3 LoR for my application
I am taking one LoR from my current manager in company C.
My question is from whom should I take the second and third LoR?
Will it be good if I take another two LoR from my previous two companies or should I take the remaining two LoR from my current company itself. My doubt is because I have spend two years in the current company so if I take LoR from the previous company then it might have a negative effect because my previous managers are not working with me from a long time.

One more thing I dont have any problem in getting the LoR from any of the three companies. I have very good relations with all my previous and current managers.
