QUESTION - two choices [#permalink]

Hi can someone please tell me whats the right form:
a) Depending on the result, Nick would receive $5 or 5 percent of that b) Depending on the result, Nick would receive $5 or 5 percent of $5
I believe its b) as they are two different options.

I too think B is correct and is better than A

Can't say for sure, but I also think its B. I'm not sure if the "that" is ambiguous or not.

Choose B too. "That" in A is ambiguous.
