Questions for current students in the USC MBA.PM program

Hello everyone,
I had a couple of questions for current students in the MBA.PM program at USC. If I get accepted into the program, I want to take my core classes at the OC campus for my first year, since I live and work around the Irvine area. Therefore, when I select this option during the admissions process, will it be guaranteed that I'll be placed in the OC campus? I believe the 2nd and 3rd year electives are only held at the LA campus, so I'll probably have to make a long commute (a sacrifice I'm definitely willing to make). Are any of you currently living/working around the Irvine area and commuting to LA? How is that going? I'd really like to hear your insight/opinions.
Also, for the 2nd and 3rd year electives, can any of the electives be taken only on the weekends? Any info will be mightily appreciated. :-D

I actually was wondering the same thing regarding the Saturday schedule during elective window. I believe UCLA FEMBA has a Saturday only program through the entire 3 years, but I'm not positive whether USC's PM.MBA operates the same way or whether part of your electives must be taken on week nights. Definitely makes a difference in LA depending on where your work is located in relation to USC campus during the week.
